Super Hotel Experience!

The shower was really good and included free shampoo and shower gel. I found the room super clean when I arrived. The price for one night was an absolute bargain and I would repeat without thinking. I always look for that chain first, it don't disappoints.

This hotel had a good location within a comfortable walking distance of the train station. I think it is a very convenient place for anyone arriving by train. The station is very close to the hotel entrance.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful , always greeting me with a smile. I was impressed as chambermaids say hello and hold doors open for oldies. They really know how to treat a guest.

There is nice open forum, that includes seating and reception, so you can chill. I found tea and coffee making facilities in the room that was something great. There are good things.

the breakfast selection was acceptable and varied.

the tv was broken, so i couldn't watch anything. the shower dripped all night.. it kept me awake. there was no phone in the room, so i could not contact reception to report the problems.

Convenient stay near the City Centre

I found the hotel clean and tidy with good value for money. Staff were friendly and efficient. A car park is just across from the hotel. I parked my car there for 20 hours for £9. Breakfast included beautiful sausages plus a great selection of yogurt, cereals, ham and cheese. Good coffee was also available and I saw plenty of clean tables.

The room was just the bare minimum.

Secure access is available. The hotel also features a bar. A snack bar that offers toasted sandwiches is open 24/7. There is a lift. Parking is across the road.

Staff were very helpful. I got a complimentary early check-in. I found the staff professional. The staff members were also very friendly.

The room included a kettle and hairdryer. My room was simple, yet clean. I was able to get a first floor room. Access to main routes is convenient.

The hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. Location is good for airport bus. I found easy access to both the airport and the city center. Plenty of buses go into centre.
